Episode 034 – Circular Array

In this tutorial I will demonstrate how to make a circular array or pattern in Inkscape v0.45.

    hi,
    I have Version .47 now and the snap function appears to have change since you did this screencast. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to snap the center of the circle to the endpoint of the line. I am sure it is simple, can you help me out?

    Yup, the snap feature sure has changed and for the better. You need to turn on your Snap Control Bar if it’s off (View>Show/Hide). Highlight each icon in the Snap bar until you get the snapping that you want. ;)
