That's as automatic as you'll probably get. Works well on text paragraphs, at least that's what I use it for. Very usefull indeed. What's happens if, instead of using manual kerning to adjust the position of the text, you rotate the whole thing -45º? (or is this a possibility given by 0.46 and not by 0.45?)
