Getting ready to head to the conference this morning. Had a pounding head ache when I woke up. Guess I had too much to drink last night at the pre-party. Wasn’t drunk or anything but I guess I didn’t realize how much I had to drink until my head reminded me.

I didn’t get the opportunity to meet everyone that I wanted to at Barley’s but I meet quite a few people that I follow pretty closely online: TLLTS crew (was Dann drunk as shit?), Dave Yates (very nice), Chad Wollenberg (very cool), Monsterb, Klaatu, Threethirty, Randy Noseworthy, Gorkon, and so many others which I cannot think of at the top of my head at the moment. Meet a few people that are on TLLTS IRC.

Also, spotted Jono Bacon but didn’t introduce myself for fear of feeling like a dumb-shit. So many faces that I recognized but couldn’t place. It was sweet to see so many Linux gear heads all in one room. Everybody was super nice. I love this community.
