@RedBirdiii

I doubt that I will ever make a screencast on my Eee. That's not what I bought it for. Besides there are two issues that I have at the moment if I wanted to.

One: The Eee has a screen res of 1024x600. Inkscape v0.46 has a height size limit that makes it really difficult to get to a 600 pixel height with the application window. This has been fixed in v0.46+devel though. I would have to use a devel version in order to get around this.

Two: My microphone is not working with Ubuntu Eee. I discovered this last week. I have another mike input on the laptop and I haven't tried using that yet to see if that one works. I would like to set apart some time to dig into it and fix it but I keep forgetting about it (that's about how important it is). I only bought my Eee for Internet and email mainly so little else matters to me at the moment.
