Horay! I checked the openSUSE Build Service a little while ago and found a repo with the latest Inkscape 0.46 for openSUSE 10.3. I installed it in my Virtual machine just to see if it worked and it does.  If you are looking for the repo or just the rpm’s then cruise over here. I’m not sure who “jnweiger” is but thank God he packaged it for the rest of us Suse users to enjoy. He deserves a virtual beer from me.
